One main focus of labour prep massage is to loosen gluteal muscles in order to create space in the hips and allowing you to feel open and more physically prepared for birthing your baby.

Pregnancy massage is safe and recommended from the moment of conception right up to birth. Massage is great for addressing common pregnancy dysfunctions as well as helping you approach your due date with less anxiety and discomfort.

Massage After Loss is a grounding and gentle massage providing you space and nourishing touch as you navigate grief. Treatment is focused on releasing stress patterns and stored emotions both physically and energetically. This treatment takes the body into “rest and restore” in a time of stress, allowing it to slow down and slowly heal.
