While the appt is free, we must collect a valid credit card to be used in the event of a "no show" or a late cancelation. (A stylist is assigned to you for your experience. Please, if you can't attend, please cancel with notice.

Appointments can be booked up to 90 days in advance. This is a perfect appointment for trying on just a couple of gowns, to select accessories, or just to browse our inventory. It is NOT suggested if you haven't ever tried on gowns before. Bring up to 2 guests to share the experience. And PLEASE.... if you can't attend, let us know. "No shows" waste the valuable time of our staff. Looking forward to seeing you!!

Have a group and want to make your appointment REALLY special? Book our VIB appointment up to 90 days in advance. Our VIB lounge accommodates up to 8 guests (plus the bride) to share the experience with her (don't worry if you have fewer...that's fun too)! Your group will also get an extended bridal experience time of 2 hours (vs. 90 minutes) The bride will also have exclusive access to a luxury bridal dressing suite for her private use. The cost is $75 for the 2 hour appointment. Underwear is REQUIRED! No exceptions and no refunds for brides without underwear. Make it a party and bring light refreshments and beverages in your party room! This is our most popular type of appointment. We only host them on Saturdays and Sundays with a limited number available. If you need a faster appointment, please consider a traditional 90 minute appointment. We can't wait to meet you! Penny

Trust your gown steaming to professionals! Drop your gown off the week of your wedding and pick it up a day or two before. Don't leave it to friends and family with handheld steamers. We use professional steamers and place your gown over a bust form to hold it's shape. General average for pricing is around $40 to $60 depending on complexity.

This mini appt is perfect if you tried on a gown and you just want to see it again, or if you want to try on a couple of gowns. However, if you have never tried on gowns, this appt is not the one you want. Please book a traditional 90 minute appt or our deluxe 2 hour appt if this is your first time. The mini appt is 45 minutes long and allows 2 guests to accompany the bride.

You bought your gown, but it wasn't from us? Well, you can STILL get the bridal experience and get our VIB room for you and up to 8 of your besties for up to 90 minutes. It's a party without the pressure. Bring snacks and refreshments, and have a bridal party for your bridal party! Show off your bridal gown! We will help you get in your gown (including clipping if necessary), and then let you have fun with your tribe. Talk about your

wedding details, enjoy your snacks, and make memories!

(p.s. a small tip for the service is recommended)

This appt is for those that are purchasing suits/tuxes out of town or online and just need accurate measurements. There is a $25 fee for this appt. Please wear a light t shirt and flat shoes for accurate measurements.
