Consultations are required before booking any permanent cosmetic appointment. This includes any form of brow or lip tattooing. If you are a returning PMU client of the Parlour, you can select an in person consultation or a phone consultation. If you have previous permanent cosmetics done by another artist/location, an in person consultation is required. If you are not local to the area, and do not have any prior permanent cosmetics, you can select the Phone consult option. *You are not a candidate for permanent cosmetics if you are pregnant, nursing, have an auto-immune disorder, have diabetes, aids/hiv, hepatitis, rosacea, blood disorders, keloids, active skin conditions in the area of interest (acne, psoriasis, impetigo, shingles, sun burn, etc.), keloid scars, mrsa, steroids (6months), or accutane (post 6 months+).
