Christina began her journey into health and wellness over 10 years ago. She began her career administratively in a physician office, then pursuing a Healthcare MBA after completing her Bachelor's degree in Biology and graduating from the Honors College at Florida International University. While pursuing her MBA, she realized her passion was in direct patient care. Christina began her work in clinical research, where she worked directly with oncology patients. She also completed her certification as a Bar Method Fitness instructor, where she continues to help clients achieve functional strength and flexibility. Realizing, she wanted more, Christina was accepted to the Physician Associate Program at Barry University, where she completed her Master of Clinical Medical Science. As a PA, Christina immediately became involved in the fields of ER and Aesthetics. She is passionate about her work as Neurosurgery PA, which has given her the dexterity and experience to provide high-level care.

Dr. Alex Ruiz-Castaneda is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician, member of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his training at Florida Kendall Hospital, a busy, level-one trauma center, serving not only South Florida but also the Florida Keys and the Caribbean. His training at this fast-paced trauma center with a high-complexity case index has prepared him to treat a myriad of disease processes from the most intricate to the mundane. Dr. Alex has a particular interest in preventative medicine. He leads an active lifestyle. He believes in preserving function with aging, a principle he embodies himself.
