Sessions are 60 min. beginning with an intake form, and an overview of your intentions for the healing session. Followed by a discussion about Reiki, what it is and how it can help you. Then the session will begin. Introductions do not take away from the session time.

Spiritual Coaching starts with a short 15 min. guided meditation to center and balance. This also allows for the tone to be set for the counseling session.

During meditation, the individual opens to allow traumas or attachments to release and surface. The session is then focused on what was revealed during meditation.

Cupping Therapy session run approximately 50 - 55 minutes. These sessions are used to reduce pain and relax tight, sore muscles.

Cupping Therapy removes stagnant blockages within the muscles and creates positive, healing blood flow.

This therapy also helps improve anxiety, and relaxes the body by activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System.

The original Tarot Cards date back to the 15th Century. A card was pulled to see what may be ahead on an individuals daily path, etc. With the evolution of time, like with all things, Tarot evolved as well.

The Tarot & Intuitive readings you will receive are unique to today's standard reading format. You will experience a more traditional reading which is 100% centered around you, and your life. All readings are channeled through Spirit / the Universe. However, readings can include outside sources, such as loved ones who have transitioned depending on the message that needs to be received.

Guided Heart Center Meditation is a deep meditation where the student connects to heart and spirit. This allows them to go into a deep meditation completely quieting the mind and sitting in the moment.

Profound connections and messages are received during Heart Center Meditation. Due to the nature of the meditation and the self realizations that occur, a Spiritual Coaching session is provided after each meditation.

Clearing your home or business of stagnant energy can uplift and significantly shift the tone and feel of your personal or work space. Each clearing is priced individually and can last from 3 hours to a 5 hour maximum. Crystal grids may also be placed and activated the home or office space.

Home and business clearings begin with an initial walk through to discuss the energy and what steps need to be taken to clear the space. This depends on the heaviness of the energy and any residue left by previous owners, tenants or guests.
