This specialized service is a method I developed over my years as an LMT. It is a full-body combination of facial release, cupping, rom/pin and stretch/deep tissue, Swedish and lymphatic, hot stones, trigger point therapy, and energy work - to name a few. Each session is specialized to the client and requires an initial, one time, 20 to 30 minute consultation before we dive into healing - as well as a 6 month follow up meeting to discuss progress and what we need to adjust.
