Reiki is a technique for energy healing that induces relaxation and can alleviate stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Practitioners use their hands to transmit energy to your body, enhancing the flow and balance of your energy to facilitate healing. Our session will last 50 minutes, followed by a 5-minute debrief.
