The $20 charge is non-refundable but can be used towards your hire, only if you book an item in at your appointment.

Booking a try-on does NOT guarantee the garment is available in our stock room. However, we have a range of items that will be available to try on.

We DO NOT hold items for try-on appointments, nor will you be refunded if the item you wanted to try on is not available during your appointment.

If you cancel, are running more than 10 minutes late or don’t show up to your appointment you will NOT be refunded the $20.

To rebook an appointment, a new deposit will be made.
