Training Session - General Fitness (In person)
General Fitness Session - These sessions focus on a variety of workout styles and types to increase a clients overall quality of life (strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, and mobility).
These general fitness sessions may be strength focused, some on power, while others will have a heavy emphasis on cardiovascular impact.
It ultimately boils down to the client's needs.
