Customers who do not live in Florida, but who plan to submit their fingerprints to Florida agencies for licensing or employment, can use this service.

Steps:

1. Book an appointment

2. Go to the nearest law enforcement office or fingerprint service location, get your fingerprints taken, and mail them to us.

3. We will convert your cards into livescan and submit it to FDLE.

Florida agencies no longer accept fingerprint cards from applicants who are applying for licensing or employment. If you are applying for licensing or employment in Florida as a Florida resident, you need to submit electronic fingerprints to the requesting agencies. Fingerprint cards can be used for Expungement, personal use, EFIN (tax preparer applicants), or out-of-state applications for licensing or employment. There is no refund on fingerprint card service.

You must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident to use our FBI Channeling service. Otherwise, you must go directly to the FBI. FBI Channeling service cannot process a request for employment and/or licensing purposes for jobs within the United States.

Florida residents who are applying for a job or a license in Florida must submit electronic fingerprints, also know as Level 2 background screening or Livescan. A fingerprint roller technician will take your fingerprints, electronically submit the livescan to FDLE, which will send the results to the requesting agency within 1-10 days. Applicants need a valid photo identification (passport, driver license) and an ORI number. Some requesting agencies such as, DCF, APD request an OCA number. Applicants’ employers or the requesting agency can provide ORI number.

Florida residents who are applying for licensing or employment in a different state cannot submit electronic fingerprints to out-of-state state agencies; they must submit one or two fingerprint cards with an exemption form or fingerprint requesting application in most cases. Applicants need to inquire the number of cards they need, the address to mail the cards to, and any specific requirement before booking an appointment for card services. Applicants who are not able to come to our offices, may request onsite mobile service. A fingerprint roller technician will provide you with the service needed at your designated location, at your convenience.

After you receive your criminal record or other documents, you will need to authenticate them with an Apostille before you travel abroad to study or work. Federal apostille can take up to 10 weeks to be delivered. State apostille, however, takes less time.
