Our Process

• We create a custom color plan based on your hair’s needs.
• We use bond-repair lightener to keep your hair strong.
• Our lightener is freshly mixed every 30 minutes to prevent over-oxidation.

Scheduling Policy

Because highlight and balayage are long services, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Note on Blowouts (All Color Services)

The blowout is kept separate to give our clients flexibility.

• First-time color clients or major color changes: A blowout is automatically added. This step is important because wet and dry hair can look very different, and finishing with a blowout allows us to check tones, blending, and overall results accurately.
• Ongoing maintenance or same-color services: The blowout is optional. Many clients—especially those with curls or fine hair—prefer to skip additional heat styling, and we want to honor that choice.
• If a blowout isn’t added, your service will be completed with a simple towel dry.

Our haircut, single color, root touch-up, and treatment services usually take 1–2 hours. If you already know exactly what you’d like, you can book your service directly without an extra consultation.If you’d like a little more time to talk through your goals or make sure we choose the right option for you, you’re welcome to book a consultation before your appointment. Some clients find this helps them feel more comfortable and confident in their choice.
