Do you want to be toasty warm but not get sweaty? Then this 30-minute treatment is for you! We can set the temperature between 88-100 degrees (this is not Indiana weather!). Enjoy the nice warmth of the Infrared while breathing in the salt air…just like sitting at the beach.

Do you like to sweat? …then this 45 minute session is the treatment for you. Our salt/sauna reaches 120-130 degrees allowing you to sweat out toxins the last 15-25 minutes of your session. The salt shuts off when the cabin reaches 104 degrees but the temperature will continue to rise. So, in this session you will get less salt but more heat. Bring a swimsuit or shorts/tank top or you are welcome to be naked as you are in a private room. Towels provided.
