In this virtual session, we will connect through Zoom. We will start with Somatic Coaching to explore blockages and stuck patterns within the body, and then we will use Somatic Movement & Breathwork to unlock them.

This in person session involves Somatic and Breathwork Coaching. We will explore together what pattern your are stuck in, and then create the right movement and breathwork healing needed to get to the root of the pattern. When we connect to our body, we connect to it's innate wisdom and power to heal itself - we just need to get out of its way.
