40 minute whitening treatment. NO teeth brushing or flossing 4 hours prior to treatment. Only water for 2 hours after and only clear and white food/fluids for 24 hours as you will stain teeth. You can purchase shield and shimmer for an extra $25.00 and then you will not have to follow that diet.
