MUST be at least 15 years of age, and both piercings must be performed on the same ear. MUST have proper documentation (minor’s birth certificate & parent’s ID), for anyone 15-17 years of age, and parent MUST BE PRESENT at the time of the appointment (please contact studio for more details). PLEASE ANNOTATE IN THE NOTES IF THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR A MINOR! This appointment is for a single person.
