The process of applying ONE BASE color to the outgrowing roots to achieve the desired shade. Root touch-up includes a single process color application on roots, All color services include a blow dry.

Is the process of using a dye or tint to change the color of your hair to cover up the grey, or for cosmetic purposes. Single process color from roots to ends. Doesn't involve Bleach applications.
