If you decide not to book a service during the consultation, a $45 consultation fee will apply.

This consultation is required for all new hair extension clients. During your visit, your stylist will evaluate your hair, match your color, explain the best method for you, and help you choose the right type.

If you decide to move forward, you will be able to pre-order your hair extensions  at the end of your appointment.

Important: Extension hair must be paid in full at the consultation to place your order. Installation is booked separately.

Hair Extensions Policy – Please Read

To ensure the best quality and a perfect custom match for your hair, all of our extensions are special ordered individually for each client. Because of this, all hair extension purchases are final sale and non-refundable for any reason.

Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or return it to the manufacturer.

We kindly ask you to plan ahead:

✨ Hair extensions must be pre-ordered at least 3 weeks before your installation appointment.

This allows enough time for your custom hair to arrive and ensures a smooth, stress-free experience.

These prices are based on the standard adult size, which allows for adequate volume depending on the desired length.

Hair Extensions Adjustment Service

This service is for clients who are already wearing hair extensions and need their regular maintenance. We currently offer adjustments for Tape-In Extensions and Weft Extensions only.

Tape-In Adjustment

Your tape-ins will be removed, cleaned, and re-applied to maintain comfort, proper placement, and a seamless blend.

Weft Extensions Adjustment

For weft installations, maintenance visits are required every 8 weeks.

• If your extensions are adjusted within 8 weeks, the regular maintenance fee is $150.
• If more than 8 weeks have passed, the extensions must be completely removed and re-installed, which is a $250 service.

To avoid the higher fee, we strongly recommend booking your adjustment appointment every 8 weeks.

Important:

A standard 8-week adjustment can only be done twice in a row. By the third visit, a full removal and re-installation is required to protect the integrity of your hair and the extensions.
