This is a diagnostic service fee, not a repair fee, intended to identify the cause and estimate the cost of resolving a no-boot issue. A no boot is a common symptom that may result from software malfunctions or hardware failures. To assist the technician in diagnosing the problem efficiently, please provide a detailed description of the issue in the notes section.

Our cloning service offers a meticulous, sector-by-sector duplication of your existing drive, capturing the operating system, installed applications, system configurations, and all personal data. This process guarantees a precise replication of your system, enabling a smooth migration to a new or replacement drive without requiring reinstallation.

Please Note:

• Customers must provide the new drive for cloning.
• The existing system must be free of boot errors or crashes to proceed with the cloning process.

Labor installation for Hard Drive or Solid State Drive (SSD). Remove and replace. This includes adhesive seals. This does not include cloning services or installation of MacOS. The customer must supply their own drive.

Installs the appropriate operating system for your mac system. All customer data will be deleted. If data is needed we may be able to retrieve it at an additional charge.

Note: Because Mac Systems takes a few installations this is a pickup and drop-off service.
