Also known as zone therapy, reflexology is a practice of applying therapeutic pressure to specific points on the body, particularly (but not exclusively) the feet, ears, and hands. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and based on the idea that certain body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems, reflexology is traditionally performed to relieve tension and treat illness. One of our front-of-house services, our approach to reflexology is designed to be welcoming and approachable — this is a great walk-in service that can be enjoyed socially as you wait to enjoy an item from our cafe or cap off a work day with a quick but impactful moment of self-care and relaxation.
