This service repairs a physically damaged port that is unable to detect cables or charge devices. The repair includes a 45-day warranty; however, this does not cover physical or liquid damage. Devices with signs of liquid exposure or significant frame damage are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Please note: Water-resistant devices will lose their water-resistant properties after the repair. Additionally, the device back glass must be intact and free from damage to proceed with this service.
