For the health and safety of your natural nails and to maintain the quality of our services, we do not offer soak-offs or removals of work done by other salons or technicians. This policy helps us ensure:

• Product Compatibility & Safety: Different salons use different products, and we can’t guarantee how they will react with our removal techniques.

• Nail Health Protection: If previous applications were done improperly, your nails could already be weakened or damaged. We want to avoid causing further harm.

• Quality Assurance: We take pride in our work and want to ensure every service meets our high standards from start to finish.

• Time Management: Unknown products can take longer to soak off, which impacts our ability to manage appointment times effectively.

If you currently have enhancements from another provider, we kindly ask that you have them removed before booking with us. If you’d like a fresh start, we’re happy to discuss the best next steps for your nail health and new application.
