Changes and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full consultation fee. If you need to cancel or make a change to your booking, please do so as soon as possible so that others may be offered the time.

Please know that your appointment includes preparation time outside of your consultation including note taking and linen/room preparation.
