Karly is thrilled to customize your yoga session to ones body and goals. This is an expansive practice to use as an introduction to Yoga, to find modifications of postures, or an invitation deeper within ones practice. Karly's private yoga sessions consist of deep breathing, gentle postures, guided relaxation/ visualization, ending with short meditation. We offer this in studio, or she can come to you for an additional fee of $10 for every mat and props, per person.
