Please keep in mind we take great pride in protecting the integrity of the natural nails and do not file off the product. This service involves filing down the majority of the product and soaking in pure acetone for 20 minutes to soften the product so it can then be scraped off.

We offer clients who are having this service done the opportunity to sit in the massage chair during the soak off portion.

After the product is removed, we do a quick nail trimming/shaping and finish with hot towels, lotion and cuticle oil.

The process may not take up all of the allotted time but we would prefer to have too much time set aside rather than not enough.

Bulk of product is filed down and then a removal is brushed on to soften the remaining product so it can then be scraped off safely keeping the integrity of your natural nails in tact
