What is a Heart-Wall?
Unexpressed emotions will often gather around the heart, creating a Heart-Wall.
These emotion's can collect around the heart, literally building a wall of energy in order to "protect" the heart from emotional pain. In doing so, The "Heart-Wall", can cause physical symptoms, making it harder for the body to heal itself. The time finally comes when the Heart-Wall is no longer needed and it is time to release the emotions for the body to feel lighter, happier, and allows you to create deeper connection. There can be multiple sessions needed. Session can be done in person, on zoom or my phone.

What is Emotion Code Therapy?
This simple yet transformative healing method works by detecting negative emotions stored in the subconscious mind that can go as far back as when you were in your mother’s womb. These trapped emotions cause pain, self-sabotage, emotional problems and all kinds of malfunction and disease, such as physical pain, anger, depression, chronic fatigue, PTSD, phobias, or panic attacks.
There are a total of 60 negative emotions and the subconscious can be considered the blueprint to your entire body. Within the subconscious lies information that knows everything about you and why you experience specific conditions or deal with specific situations the way that you do.

Why the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code is a powerful method of finding and releasing trapped negative emotions that have been stored in the body through our subconscious minds’ desire to protect us from further suffering.
Emotions profoundly affect the quality of our life. God wants us to live in abundance here on Earth, to live full of peace, joy, gratitude and love! In one reference from the Bible, Thessalonians 5:16-18: “Be joyful always. Pray continually. Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for your life.” The more we allow Jesus Christ to heal us, the better we function and heal. That’s how energy healing works to potentially improve physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, & life-related ailments!
And science has come in agreement, with epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology, and quantum biology finding that feeling positive emotions positively changes our biology at the cellular level. Feeling negative emotions does the opposite impacting our body, mind, and spirit.

The Charles Kraft Method is a chronological approach going from birth to present day through a person's life to heal wounds(garbage), and then evict evil(rats) by the power of Jesus Christ.
This appointment is for 50 minutes of prayer ministry. It is considered an inner healing/deliverance ministry, not professional counseling. I am not a licensed professional counselor. I work with you only as you choose to work with me. God has seen it fit to work with and through me, in moving people toward freedom from spiritual, emotional, and even physical problems.
Additional prayer members may be present for prayer support.

The Body Code ©️ tests the body for imbalances and weaknesses, so that they can be identified, and treated. You present with a current issue(ex: pain in shoulder, reoccurring sickness, emotional pain). We will address one issue during the session. Body Code©️ identifies 6 areas that can be imbalanced: energy, pathogens, circuit or body system, misalignments, toxins, or nutrition/lifestyle. Recommendations for what the body needs will be given.

What Is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting (BSP) is a brain-body-based therapeutic approach developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003. It helps individuals access, process, and release trauma, emotional pain, and other deeply held issues.
It uses a person’s visual field to locate “brainspots”—eye positions that correlate with the activation of traumatic or emotionally charged experiences stored in the brain.

How Does Brainspotting Work?
• The therapist helps the client find a brainspot, often with a pointer or by following eye movements.
• The brainspot is believed to connect to the area of the brain where trauma is stored.
• With focused mindfulness and attunement, the client can process unresolved emotional pain without needing to verbalize the entire experience.
This method taps into the body’s innate ability to heal itself, especially through the subcortical brain, which is responsible for emotions and survival instincts(fight or flight response).

What to Expect in a Session
1. Setting the Scene
You’ll usually be in a calm, quiet room—either in person or via telehealth—with a trained Brainspotting therapist.
2. Finding the Brainspot
The therapist will ask you to focus on an issue, emotion, or sensation. Then, they’ll guide your eyes across your visual field using a pointer or just finger tracking, watching for reflexive cues (like blinking, swallowing, or eye twitching). When they notice a response, they may pause—this is likely a “brainspot,” a specific eye position where the brain holds unprocessed trauma or emotion.
3. Processing
You hold your gaze on that spot. From there, the therapist will encourage you to simply notice what comes up—thoughts, emotions, physical sensations. You don’t need to talk unless you want to. It’s more about experiencing than analyzing. Your brain does the work, often subconsciously.
4. Staying Present
The therapist stays attuned to you—watching for shifts, checking in, maybe helping you regulate if things get intense. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace, and it can be surprisingly gentle, even when deep stuff comes up.
5. Closing the Session
Toward the end, the therapist helps you ground yourself—maybe by guiding you back to your body, breath, or a sense of safety. You might talk a bit about what you experienced, or not—it’s really up to you.
