This meeting room can hold 2 to 3 large tables comfortably, with the option for a lounge/conversation area in the room or may have access to any of our lobby couch areas for any one on one discussions.

The space is right next to the wardrobe room if you do need to make any quick decisions regarding wardrobe selects for your PPM meeting if you also happened to schedule a fitting. This room has a large, bright sunny window and a large TV with Apple TV and Wi-Fi access, as well as multiple whiteboards.

Our wardrobe room has hosted dozens of fittings just this year (including Lamborghini, Honda and Toyota commercials to name a few) and has been so well requested and received that we have finally made it available for public and production rental!

We have a large private wardrobe fitting room able to comfortably fit half a dozen different racks, while talent tries on options in either of the 2 private dressing rooms for quicker, more efficient turnaround time. Its white walls are great for clean pictures taken and sent in for approval, and has the option of an Adjoining room with additional table and counter options for shoes, accessories and space for the stylist to spread out and sort options, selects and returns at an additional price

This space is easily accessed on the first floor, and serves as a great single function space such as a model casting, talent audition or production meeting, but it is also great for multiple things happening at once depending upon what your Production needs are. If you don’t have to have a separate space for everything and would like to keep things close, a popular set up is with multiple tables and chairs on one side of the room for production discussions or meeting needs, and still have space on the other side of the room for wardrobe fittings, with multiple clothing racks, tables for shoes/accessories and 2 private dressing rooms for talent, so approvals are streamlined in the same room quickly and succinctly. There is also a kitchenette with a full-size fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher for any of your crafty production needs, and we can customize as many conversation areas as your desired layout permits.

Our biggest open room on the first floor is stripped down to bare basics for multiple models walking or attending your casting. The most popular set up is the check-in table near the front and one to two large tables in the back to observe talent during their auditions. Let us know any specific needs you might have and we can customize the space according to how you need and want it!

If you are anticipating a large turn out please note that models or talent may not congregate out in the halls of the main lobby area, so audition times must be staggered or the upstairs space is often rented at a discounted rate as a holding space for large numbers of models or talent attending any castings to wait for their turn to audition.

We have a team of professional hair stylists and artists experienced in full time production work (keys and department heads with over 25 years experience) down to rigorously trained HMUA assistants developed + coached by Blood + Blush Master Artists, ensuring their work is superseding Blood + Blush Production Standards. (Yes, we’re standardizing things around here.) Booked at half day and full day rates, we can accommodate anywhere from one artist on a booked job to an entire team of up to 30, depending upon the job requirements and needs.

This space boasts one of the brightest rooms in the building, with a huge west facing window that receives perfect natural light (especially for shooting in the afternoon) with spectacular sunset urban views.

A smaller, more intimate space than our larger Photostudio, Studio B has 1 big white blank wall with the option to include backdrop stands facing the window to capture perfect lighting with either 5’ or 9’ paper rolls in a range of color options, and multiple furniture pieces available to customize for your shoot as well.

For those needing pictures or content without a photographer budget, this room features a adjustable ring light with a phone mount to self record with connected remote control, helping local talent have a safe, professional and supportive space that’s perfect for capturing as many takes needed for virtual submissions and online castings. A large tv with tethering capabilities makes it that much easier to review shots and captured content. This is a favorite space for portrait photography, not only among photographers but also all you MUA’s also without a photographer or professional lighting setup, wanting to take advantage of amazing natural sunlight to highlight their work and document progress or add to their portfolio.

To get to Studio B from our Photostudio or stairwell entry on the first floor, simply go up the stairs 1 flight to the second floor and enter suite 204 or 205 on your left (Studio B is on the 205/northwest side of the suite behind the front desk, directly in the back with the big window)

Our smallest space we offer has some of the best lighting in the building. With a huge 9‘ x 9‘ west facing window and glass walls with a door on the opposite side, this is our favorite semi-private room that is used for mini-portrait sessions, influencer filming, semi private make up applications, self tapes/auditions, private meetings and esthetic pop-ups. Just be sure to add any add-ons for your booking at check out!
