What’s Included:

Each self-service wash station includes an apron, a raised tub to protect your back, premium shampoo and conditioner, fresh towels, and access to our high-velocity dryers. You’ll have 45 minutes per dog/per dry room. Additional fees may apply if you go over the 45-minute time limit ($5 for an extra 15 min). 90% of our customers finish in 30 min or less.

Multiple Dogs:

When booking for multiple dogs, you'll automatically be assigned to a tub that includes a built-in gate, so one pup can wait safely while the other gets washed. If additional tubs or drying rooms are available at the time of your visit, you're welcome to use them.

To guarantee access to two separate tubs, please make two individual reservations.

Perfect for giant breeds or dogs who are more comfortable staying low to the ground.

Includes use of aprons, an easy-access walk-in shower, premium shampoos and conditioners, and plenty of fresh towels.

Each reservation is for 45 minutes per dog—most guests finish up in about 30 minutes.

Booking a tub in advance guarantees availability during your reserved time. We'll verify your subscription at checkout.

Need more time? You can extend your appointment for just $5 per additional 15 minutes.

We offer time limits of 45 minutes per dog. This allows more customers to use our facilities. If you think you'll need more than the allotted time for your self -service wash. Please add on this option.

Sometimes we may ask pet parents to lend a hand—whether it’s keeping your pup comfy or helping them stay still. If your doggo needs a bit more support, a $5+ difficulty fee may apply.

✨ This service isn’t always available, and appointments are a must! It might not pop up for same-day bookings when adding to your self-wash session.

💡 Know your pup needs a muzzle for nail trims or more than two people to help? We totally understand! In that case, we recommend visiting a Fear Free Certified vet for a more comfortable experience for everyone.
