It is highly recommended that first time clients arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Both our client's time and our staff's time is valuable, and in order to respect our valued clients we do our best to stay on schedule with start and end times of appointments. Delays due to late client arrival, or failure to allocate sufficient time before your appointment to fill out new client paper work, may results in a shortening of your appointment in order to ensure the next client's appointment starts at its scheduled time.
