Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialized therapeutic technique that utilizes advanced knowledge of the intricate lymphatic system. It’s important to note that MLD is not a traditional massage; it specifically targets lymphatic function. We do not work on your muscles in the session. To optimize the benefits of this treatment, staying well hydrated both the day before, and the day of the session is crucial, as proper hydration supports effective detoxification.
