Each appointment will run for 45 minutes — covering ring design options, diamond specifications, finger sizing, and stepping through each detail of our online Jewellery Builder tool.

For our customers based outside of Australia we offer out of hours Virtual Consultations. Select your preferred appointment time and we will confirm our teams availability.

Please note, we try to limit the number of phone appointments on Saturdays as we save these for our out-of-town customers. If you book a phone consult for a Saturday we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Visit us in our Newcastle studio or book a phone consult where we can chat you through options and organise to send you samples of your favourite bands to try on. Please make sure you bring your engagement ring in for the appointment and we can help you discover the perfect ring to pair with it.

We have a small selection of earrings, bracelets and necklaces you can try on during your short appointment. To avoid disappointment, please let us know the specific pieces you are wanting to view during your appointment.
