Deep Roots Distillery

This experience starts with a welcome cocktail and starts in our beautiful apple orchard. From there, we head into the production facility for a behind-the-scenes look at our stills and equipment, and we walk through how we craft our spirits and liqueurs.

The second part of the experience is a hands-on element, guests choose a bottle of either vodka or gin and create their own custom infusion using over 20 fresh and local ingredients. We offer suggested recipes or you can get creative! You'll label and cork your own glass bottle (with a decanter-style top), and take it home at the end.
