Chemical peel involves a double cleanse, toner, peel solution( up to 5-6 passes depending on sensitivity level) moisturizer, and spf

Chemical peels do require a couple days of downtime away from the sun mainly. Makeup, and working out is prohibited for 48 hours post chemical peel.

-Please do not do any activities that causes sweating the day of your chemical peel appointment as it does produce heat in the body which does conflict with the chemical peel.
