All patients interested in starting a treatment are required to book this appointment. Dr. Hoberland will talk about your concerns, give an exam, and potentially start treatment. You will get a better understanding of your specific treatment plan and what that will look like. *NOTE* If you are hoping to use insurance, please include your birthdate, insurance provider, member ID, and group number in the notes section of your appointment information.

Follow up appointment - must be a current patient with active treatment plan to schedule. This is NOT a maintenance appointment. This appointment is billable to insurance depending on your plan and coverage. *NOTE* if you are experiencing pain and have not been examined in ONE year, please select "Re-Exam Appointment", if you haven't been seen in THREE years please select "New Patient Evaluation"

This is for existing patients who have a NEW complaint AND/OR haven't been seen in more than ONE year but less than THREE years. If it has been over 3 years from your last visit, please select "New Patient Appointment" for the correct appointment length.

15 minutes - if you are a current patient with NO active complaints and just want an adjustment - please schedule this one! This appointment is NOT billable to insurance.

30 mins - If you are an existing patient with no active complaints but want a little more than just an adjustment OR only want physical therapy (no adjustment) - select this one! This appointment will include a maintenance adjustment and physical therapy (exercises, graston, cupping, mobility, EMS, etc). This appointment is not billable to insurance.

Must be in an active treatment plan and approved by Dr. Hoberland prior to booking this appointment.

25 minute massage followed by a chiropractic adjustment.

If you are an existing patient with no new complaints and want to add a 40 minute massage to your maintenance adjustment - select this one! This service is NOT billable to insurance. If you are experiencing NEW pain that you want to discuss with Dr. Hoberland, please select re-exam patient appointment.

This is for the general public or patients who are wanting a full 50 minute (or 30 minute) therapeutic massage outside of their active chiropractic treatment plan, just want to relax, or are not in an active treatment plan. This is NOT billable through insurance. *NOTE* Do NOT book 80 minute massage unless you have been seen at this practice before.
