This service is only for Whirlpool and Kitchenaid made Under The Counter Stand Alone Ice Makers. It is NOT for ice makers that are in refrigerators. Repairs for this machine are almost always mechanical and not related to the freon system. It's the mechanical repairs that I perform. If you end up needing refrigeration work done on it you will need a different service provider. With enough good information from you I can USUALLY tell you before I even come out if your problem is mechanical or refrigeration and save you the service call fee.

The $125 service fee does not include a completed repair or any parts. With enough good information from you I can USUALLY show up with the parts I need in hand, complete the repair in my first trip and not worry about the "trip charge" But for various reasons sometimes 2 trips are required. In that case fees from the initial call ARE NOT rolled into the completed repair costs that I will quote you.
