COLD SORE HISTORY

If you’ve ever had a cold sore, it is required that you take prescribed Valtrex 1–2 days before your session to prevent outbreaks.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Cash – Encouraged

• Zelle, Venmo, Cash App – Accepted

• Debit/Credit Cards:

• In-person swipe/tap: 2.6% + $0.10

• Manual entry: 3.5% + $0.15

• Online (e.g., Square Online checkout): 2.9% + $0.30

Card fees are not included in the listed service price and will be added if you choose this method.

FINANCING WITH AFTERPAY

• Break your total into 4 interest-free payments (every 2 weeks).

• Download the Afterpay app and search for the Afterpay card.

• Add the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

• Must be signed up and approved before your appointment.

• Check your available Afterpay balance in advance.

• A 6% merchant fee + $0.30 is added to your total when using Afterpay.

Example: A $500 service will include a $30 processing fee.

• This fee can be paid separately via any of the accepted methods listed above.

POST-APPOINTMENT MAINTENANCE

• Annual color refreshers are recommended to maintain shape and pigment.

• A “third mini session” may be booked 6–8 weeks after your complimentary touch-up if needed. If we didn’t discuss it during your session but you’re interested, feel free to reach out!

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

• Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows result in immediate booking restrictions.

• If you’re feeling sick (cough, congestion, etc.), please reschedule — services are performed in close contact with the face.

CONSULTATIONS

Consults are not required—ample time will be reserved during your initial appointment to go over all details and questions.
