Rent our private outdoor party space for your next event at The District On 46! This family-friendly space is adjacent to the playground and perfect for parents who want to watch their kids play while still having some space to spread out and CELEBRATE.
Rental fees are $50/hr Mondays-Thursdays and $75/hr Friday-Sunday.
The rental does NOT include private use of the playground. The playground will remain open to all children during your event. We do not rent out the playground privately. (This space can accommodate between 50-60 people.)
Food/Catering Policy:
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. The only exception to this rule would be a "celebration dessert" offering, such as a birthday cake/cupcakes, bridal shower cake/cupcakes, baby shower cake/cupcakes, etc. If you have questions about this policy, please contact tina@thedistricton46.com.
All party food must be ordered from one of the Park 46 District Food Trucks.

Food allergies: 90% of food must come from District Food Trucks (if for accessibility, you must bring in allergy-free items; we allow up to 10% of the offering in the party room to be outside allergy-free food.) For more information on the allergy policy, contact tina@thedistricton46.com.
Damage/Cleaning Policy:
Your party is responsible for any damages to the space incurred during your reservation. Your party is also responsible for clean-up after your event, including disposal/removal of all food and drink, debris, decorations, etc. There will be trash cans available for use.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your event, you will be charged a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee. All cancelled events will be charged this fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before the day of your event will forfeit your cleaning deposit.
After cancellation, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. This policy protects our customers and vendors from fraudulent charges.

Rent out your own event space at the District On 46! Our Indoor Party Rooms are temperature-controlled and have roll-up garage doors, so you can make your event as social as you like! The rooms have plenty of seating and tables for guests, and you are welcome to decorate as long as you clean up! (NO Confetti). The Indoor Party Rooms at the District On 46 are popular for birthday parties, graduations, showers, and more.
Party Rooms are available Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday from 11AM to 10 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 12AM(midnight).
You can book out one, two, or three rooms. Between each room, there are roll-up garage doors that can be lifted to increase the size of the space to better accommodate your party. (Each room can accommodate between 20-25 people.)
