Discover the true meaning of self by diving deep into the ancient practice of Yoga. Every hour session will encompass a focus on your specific goal based on your inquire answers. We will learn & practice the 8 limbs of yoga together. Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana & Samadhi.
Experience a personalized journey of yoga and holistic wellness with our private classes. Each session is carefully crafted to provide you with a transformative experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
Session Details:
- Your private class begins with a 10-minute meditation or breath-work practice to center and ground yourself.
- Dive into 45 minutes of dynamic asanas and poses, designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner harmony.
- Conclude your practice with a blissful 10-minute Savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath, smoke cleansing, and positive energy exchange facilitated by Ana.

Class Options:
Choose from a variety of class types to suit your mood and goals. Let us know at least 2 hours ahead of time which class you prefer:

Ana is skilled in a range of yoga styles, but feel free to specify if you have a preference for a particular class on a specific day.
