One Hour Photography Location Fee

-Check in at Red Shed upon arrival

-Set up and clean up must be completed during your reserved one hour time slot

-Only 1 (one) photographer is allowed per photo shoot.

-All materials, props, etc. must be removed at end of session. $100 Cleaning fee applies if any materials left behind

-Photographer is responsible for all and any damage to property and/or inventory. (Broken branches will result in the full cost of the tree)

-Please do not move or relocate inventory, must have Green Ridge Representative approval.

-Fee is non refundable if client or photographer cancels, no shows, or reschedules (reschedules need to be made 48 hours in advance)

-In the event of inclement weather that prevents the shoot being performed safely, Green Ridge will attempt to reschedule if possible (but does not make any guarantees in regards to weather or sufficient tree inventory)

-Children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times

-No Running

-PARKING: Clients and photographers must park along frontage road to allow sufficient parking for customers selecting their trees

-Violation of any of these requirements will result in your session being terminated with no refund or reschedule

Your booking and payment serves as agreement to all the above terms and acceptance of all liability and responsibility for his/her clients.
