Deep Tissue massage uses techniques that mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure and deeper strokes to target inner layers in your muscles and connective tissue and it also encourages the body to repair any damaged cells.

Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing by relieving tension. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles. A massage that manipulates muscles and joints, designed to invigorate the body by stimulating the circulation, and promoting relaxation.

Integrated Massage is a combination of modalities including Swedish Massage, Somatic Therapy and Bodywork Techniques. While relaxing during your session we increase focus on one to two areas that are causing specific dysfunction.
