For new patients only. Comprehensive 75-min. health intake and assessment with a licensed naturopathic doctor, in-office review and assessment of prior labs, education regarding existing diagnoses and current treatments, and customized health plan including home care and naturopathic support.

Standard 55-min. follow up with a licensed naturopathic doctor. This appointment is for established patients only and addresses a current health issue or monitors progress and response to therapy. This appointment type is recommended for all individuals with multiple health conditions/complaints and for those who are early in their healing process.

30-min. follow up with a licensed naturopathic doctor. This is an abbreviated check-in for established patients only. A focused appointment to check in on progress, make small adjustments to the plan, or answer questions. (Please request a longer "standard" appointment type for lab review.) Best for NON-complex cases and those farther along in their healing process.

For clients booking their first Mayan Abdominal Therapy session with Dr. Ries, this 90 min. session includes an initial health assessment, abdominal massage treatment, and a post-consult that includes instruction in self-massage and customized recommendations for home care. This specialized treatment focuses on the abdomen, back, and pelvis to improve circulatory and nerve flow and to optimize position of the abdominal and pelvic organs. It is helpful adjunctive care for digestive issues and most women's health complaints, and a great support for pregnancy and post-partum.

This is a 60 min. follow-up abdominal therapy session for established clients who have already received an initial Mayan Abdominal treatment.

This results-oriented session is customized to what your body needs, and may include any of the following styles of treatment: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, shiatsu, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic stretching. 60 min.

This slower-paced treatment works with the network of fascia (connective tissue) surrounding tight muscles. Releases in the fascia result in less pain, more range of motion, and help get at the root of chronic tension and pain patterns. 60 min.
