My most targeted treatment for acute and chronic pain relief. It focuses on your body's connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, and tendons) to alleviate pain and tension. You remain clothed during this treatment as you are guided through specific active movements while pressure is applied to tender areas. Because we are working on hypersensitive areas, treatment can be uncomfortable. Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in such as active wear.
