In these sessions, I act as a bridge between worlds. Together, we enter an altered state of consciousness to explore the Shamanic realms, delving into the depths of your subconscious to uncover the non-physical causes of issues, address Spiritual imbalances, and remove energetic intrusions, thereby resolving your emotional trauma. This work will consist of techniques like journeying, ceremony, soul retrieval, cord cutting, ancestral healing, meeting and interacting with spirit guides and higher self, working with power/totem animals, energy work, inner shadow work, and more.

In these sessions, I will create a calm and relaxing atmosphere through various energy practices that help soothe the nervous system. We will address feelings of heaviness, stuckness, and drained energy by releasing pent-up emotions and energy stored in the body. Trauma can disrupt the natural flow of energy within us, so energy work aims to restore this flow, which can alleviate both physical and emotional symptoms related to trauma. These energy practices encourage individuals to connect with their bodies and emotions. This heightened awareness can help bring past traumas to the surface, facilitating a release, reflection and healing.
