How It Works

• Booking Confirmation: Once your event is purchased and locked in, you’ll be contacted by our event coordinator to finalize all details and answer any questions.
• Early Setup: You are welcome to arrive and begin setting up 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Event Timeline:

• The first hour of your rental will involve guest arrival, signing waivers, gearing up with protective equipment, taking group photos, and reviewing safety instructions. Please anticipate that this portion will take a significant part of the first hour to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
• The main event will proceed according to your planned activities and schedule.

End-of-Event Procedures:

• During your last 30 minutes, the two rage rooms will be closed for cleanup and reset for future guests.
• The rest of the building—including the lounge, hallway, Paintball Range, and event tables—remains open for continued fellowship, dancing, piñatas, cake, food, and presents.

Departure & Timing:

• All guests and belongings must be cleared from the building when your reserved time ends so that we can prepare for the next booking.
• If you anticipate needing extra time, book additional hours in advance to ensure you have ample time for setup, activities, and goodbyes.

Maximize Your Experience:

• The 3-hour minimum is designed to give you and your guests enough time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
