Mentorship and Classes
A typical weekly session will include a brief touch-base to discuss how you are feeling and a physical practice focused at your level to address your goals and specific needs and will end with a brief meditation. After every session, you will receive an email follow up with recommendations for asana (poses), and other resources such as videos, mantras, articles books, or guided meditations curated specifically for you. This guidance will support you during the week as you continue to work independently to develop your own unique, meaningful, regular practice.

Everyone's path to flourishing in body, mind, and spirit is unique. Not only is it unique, but it changes over time as we age and our bodies or lifestyles demand different tools or routines. This is why my yogic work primarily focuses on 1-on-1 training sessions. These sessions will either be Vinyasa or Yin and will be guided by Ayurvedic principles and include regular energy healing in addition to our routine practice.

I will spend time getting to know your preferences, spiritual leanings, and physical needs in order to help you design a unique and holistic flow that you can continue to practice at home. I specialize in teaching yogic meditation styles for people with thoughts as well as chanting for those who want to practice the yoga of the voice and heart.
