A Personalized Healing Session is a free-flowing session that could incorporate any number of healing modalities based on what your energy tells me you need that day. This means that every session, for every person, will be completely unique based on their needs in the moment.

We’ll open the session by chatting for a few minutes so you can share your goals for the session, any areas of challenge you are navigating, etc. I will then let my intuition and nudges from Spirit guide me to choose the modalities to use for you during your session. This may include some Distance Reiki, oracle cards, intuitive clearing using the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement, channeled guidance, and/or some guided meditation.

This is NOT an in-person service. We also do not need to be on the phone or Zoom during your session. Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is an energy healing modality with no religious affiliation or connotation. It supports the removal of blocks in your energy centers (chakras) and the balancing of your energy system. This can support wellness on all levels: physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional. Distance Reiki has all the same benefits, and is just as effective, as an in-person session. During this session, we will focus on where you are feeling stuck, feeling challenged by limiting or old beliefs, or just feeling like you can’t get traction in your life or your personal growth. I will intuitively channel some questions and statements to help clear those things for you, combined with using the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement. You do not need to have any previous experience with the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement; just come to the session being open to receiving and releasing.

This session will take place on Zoom, but we can also do this over the phone if you prefer (please just make a note of that when you book your appointment). Once you book your session, you will receive a separate email with the Zoom link. If you prefer a phone session, I will call you at your scheduled time.
